The Airacles PS180 is the largest pneumatic shoring struts in the Airacles range. Engineered from high-strength aluminium, it is built for the most extreme operational scenarios, where no other prop can reach. Its exceptional 114 cm stroke takes it from 183 cm folded to a remarkable 297 cm deployed, nearly three metres of shoring capacity in a single unit.
Compatible with three separately available extensions (EX30, EX60, EX90), the PS180 adapts to a wide range of operational configurations, whether shoring up a weakened structure during a USAR operation or stabilising a heavy vehicle before victim extraction.

Advantages
100% French manufacturing: a guarantee of quality, reliability, and industrial expertise, with a design developed to meet the demanding conditions of field operations and supported by responsive technical service.
- Remote unlocking system via control box: operators can remain at a safe distance from the load during the most critical and hazardous phase of the operation, significantly improving team safety.
- Wide range of sizes and extension capacities: thanks to the different struts and extension accessories available, the system can adapt to almost any operational scenario encountered in the field.
- Quick-lock clip system: fast, simple, and intuitive assembly allowing valuable time savings during operations and immediate deployment.
- Designed by firefighters, for firefighters: every component has been developed for intuitive use in emergency situations. Minimal questioning regarding assembly direction, connections, or system compatibility. Much easier and faster to use than some competing systems that require additional training and setup understanding.
- High mechanical resistance: engineered to withstand heavy loads and extreme conditions while ensuring maximum reliability in demanding situations.
- Color-coded stroke and end-of-stroke markings: instant visual identification for faster, safer, and unambiguous operation in the field.
